Which computers are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers and current Windows Server versions (64-bit). Network devices such as switches, printers and firewalls can be added for ping monitoring. macOS and Linux are on our roadmap.
Can an engineer connect without the user knowing?
No. The user always sees a notice while someone is connected and can end the session at any time, and every session is in the audit log. For each customer you choose whether workstations and servers ask for permission first; chats and calls always need the user's consent.
How do I install the agent?
Run the signed installer from your console on each computer, or deploy it with Group Policy or your existing tools using the one-line command the console gives you. After that the agent updates itself.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan and we activate it once payment is received. If you do nothing, your account becomes read-only after a short grace period, so nothing is lost.
Where is my data kept?
On servers operated by Aadee Infosys. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store, for how long, and your rights.
Can we have our own server?
Yes — Enterprise customers can have AadeeRMM on a dedicated server. Get in touch.
